The Dutch House - Bandarawela Booking Room Rates

Rates: Rates are valid until 30th September 2010. All prices are in USD.

Price Includes: Accommodation rates includes, full English breakfast and dinner. The three-course dinner consists of traditional home cooked Sri Lankan food or a selection of Western dishes. Dinner includes a complimentary bottle of wine for two and fresh fruit juices. Tea and freshly ground coffee also served with the dinner. Lunch and snacks can be provided on request at extra charge. As there is no alcohol sold on the premises, guests are most welcome to bring along their favourite wine or spirits. As much tea and freshly ground coffee available all day on the house.

Christmas period (18th December to 6th January) A 10% surcharge to be added to the above rates.

Child Policy: In the interest of safety, the property is not considered suitable for children under the age of twelve.

The Dutch House - Bandarawela Booking Terms

Payments: A deposit equivalent to 20% is payable to Sri Lanka In Style when you confirm your booking. This deposit is taken on behalf of the property and is required to secure the accommodation. Our internet payment gateway accepts Visa and Mastercard. There is a 3.25% surcharge on credit cards. A further 30% is payable to the property at the time of booking and the balance is payable one month before arrival.

Cancellations: The initial deposit is non refundable. During the months of December and January all cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to 30% cancellation charges. Cancellations made within 3 weeks of arrival are subject to 40% cancellation charges. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of arrival are subject to 50% cancellation charges. Cancellations made within 1 weeks of arrival are subject to 75% cancellation charges.

We strongly advise clients to take comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation.
