Kandy House Booking Terms

Payments: A deposit equivalent to 15% is payable to Sri Lanka In Style when you confirm your booking. This deposit is taken on behalf of the property and is required to secure the accommodation. Our internet payment gateway accepts Visa and Mastercard. There is a 3.25% surcharge on credit cards. Balance is payable to the hotel prior to the arrival.

Cancellations: The initial deposits are non refundable. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival are subject to 50% cancellation charges. Cancellations within 10 days of arrival date a 100%. We strongly advise clients to take comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation.
