All bungalows affords three types of rooms; Luxury Suites, Garden Suites and Master Suites, each individually named after former managers who served the estate. Floor plan - Castlereagh Floor plan - Norwood Floor plan - Summerville Floor plan - Tientsin

	Castlereagh Luxury Rooms
	Jameison is a twin room. Tate is a double. Jameison is perhaps a little quieter as it is the furthers away from the common areas.

	Castlereagh Garden Suites
	Baker, Alston and Palmer. The Palmer suite has better views. However the Alston and Baker have private gardens.

	Norwood Luxury Rooms
	Trevaldwyn is a twin room. Jeffrey is a double. Jeffery opens onto the verandah and offers better views.

	Norwood Garden Suites
	Irvine and Andrews, both double rooms. Andrews boasts a larger terrace and great views.

	Norwood Master Suite
	Hazel is the only Master Suite at Norwood. A very large room overlooking the lawn and the tea fields.

	Summerville Luxury Room
	Just one luxury room named Middleton. A twin room with partial views of the lake.

	Summerville Garden Suites
	Garnet and Goddard are both Garden Suites on opposite sides of the house. Both offer views of the lake from their own private garden.

	Summerville Master Suite
	Shuttleworth is the only Master Suite. The rooms opens onto the manicured garden and offers great views of the lake.

	Tientsin Luxury Rooms
	Fraser, Brebham and Meares. Fraser is a twin room. Brebham and Mears are both double rooms.

	Tientsin Garden Suites
	Bretherton and Moir. Moir overlooks the gardens and the valley below. Bretherton faces the mountain.

	Tientsin Master Suite
	The Irvine Suite comprises of two adjoining rooms. Very spacious room, with mountain views, opens onto a private terrace and garden.

Price Includes: All prices are on Full board basis and inclusive of 10% service charge and 16% government taxes.
Children ages 2-12 sharing room with adults, extra bed is available and will be charged at € 43.

Restrictions: No minimum stay.

Child Policy: Children are welcome.

Tea Trails Booking Terms

Payments:A deposit equivalent to 15% is payable to Sri Lanka In Style when you confirm your booking. This deposit is taken on behalf of the property and is required to secure the accommodation. Our internet payment gateway accepts Visa and Mastercard. There is a 3.25 surcharge on credit cards. The balance 80% can be paid directly to the hotel 60 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellations:The initial deposit is non refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival result in a 100% charge whilst cancellations within 14 days result in 50% charge of accommodation and services. Cancellations within 21 days of arrival result in a 40% charge whilst cancellations within 28 days result in 30% charge of accommodation and services. Sri Lanka In Style strongly advises its clients to take out comprehensive travel insurance.
