All rooms have ceiling fans, and are decorated with period furniture. All rooms have en suite bathrooms, shower and double basins.

	Super Deluxe Rooms - Sunbeam
	The Sunbeam is the sunniest room decorated with antique batics, it overlooks infinity pool and has both large bath tub and shower.

	Super Deluxe Rooms - Monkey Puzzle
	Ideal for families with teenage children, it adjoins the Garden Suite and has steps out to a double-swing hammock. Double-basins, no tub, but a shower.

	Ultra Verandah Delauxe rooms - Indian Red Admiral
	Overlooking jungle and infinity pool on one side and stone courtyard on the other, this beautiful period room has separate shower and a huge bath, four-poster bed and silk drapes.

	Super Deluxe Rooms - Pioneer
	With canopy bed and mosquito net has its own verandah looking onto jungly garden and a double hammock swing.

	Ultra Verandah Delauxe rooms - Peacock Royal
	One of the two most spacious bedrooms from an era past, with wrap-around verandahs and antique chaise longue. Bathrooms have double-basins and enormous baths.

	Ultra Verandah Delauxe rooms - Black Rajah
	Octagonal 2-person bath and massage area within this peaceful arched sleeping sanctum and king-size bed awaits any Maharaja.

	Super Deluxe Rooms - Cornelian

Kandy House Booking Terms

Payments:A deposit equivalent to 15% is payable to Sri Lanka In Style when you confirm your booking. This deposit is taken on behalf of the property and is required to secure the accommodation. Our internet payment gateway accepts Visa and Mastercard. There is a 3.25% surcharge on credit cards. Balance is payable to the hotel prior to the arrival.

Cancellations:The initial deposits are non refundable. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival are subject to 50% cancellation charges. Cancellations within 10 days of arrival date a 100%. We strongly advise clients to take comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation.
