Havelock Place Bungalow comprises seven comfortable and homely rooms – three suites and four standard rooms – each decorated and furnished in a different style with access to a private terrace or to the garden. Rooms come in different shapes and sizes but they are all stylishly decorated with genuine antiques including canopied four poster beds, interesting writing bureaus and wardrobes. Wi-Fi is available and all rooms have telephones. Each is air-conditioned and has en-suite bathrooms with hot water available throughout the day.

	Suites
	Suites are spacious and have a king size bed and sitting room that can take extra beds if necessary. They can also connect with the standard rooms to make up a large family suite.

	Standard Room
	These comfortable rooms either have a queen sized bed or twin beds.

Havelock Bungalow Booking Room Rates

Rates: Rates are valid until 31st April 2011.

Price Includes: All rates are quoted on Bed & Breakfast basis for a maximum of two adults and is subject to a 10% service charge, 13 % Government tax.

Child Policy: Children are welcome. The suites can accommodate a cot in the main bedroom and an extra bed can replace . one of the sofas in the adjoining living room. Extra bed surcharge US$10/night. No room charge for under 6 years sharing with parents.

Havelock Bungalow Booking Terms

Payments:A deposit equivalent to 16% is payable to Sri Lanka In Style when you confirm your booking. This deposit is taken on behalf of the property and is required to secure the accommodation. Our internet payment gateway accepts Visa and Mastercard. There is a 3.25 surcharge on credit cards.

In December and January 25% deposit is required at time of booking. Deposit will be taken by Havelock Bungalows direct to your credit card. In other months a credit card number will be required for guarantee purposes only. Balance payment required direct to hotel prior to arrrival.

Cancellations:During the months of December and January we require a 25% deposit to confirm reservation. This will be refunded only in the case of cancellation communicated and acknowledged by us at least one calendar month prior to the expected date of arrival. Cancellations advised less than one month of the scheduled date of arrival during December and January or no show during this period will result in the full cost being levied.

We strongly advise clients to take comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation.
