Access to and use of this website is conditional upon your
acceptance of these website use conditions. Please read
the following terms and conditions closely before using

Booking conditions
The Sri Lanka In Style website is owned and operated by
In Style Group PVT LTD, a BVI Company with offices in
Wyndham Place, 26th Floor, 44 Wyndham Street, Central,
Hong Kong.
The Sri Lanka In Style website provides assistance to
customers in determining the availability of certain goods
and services and/or purchasing such goods and services..
In Style Group LTD is NOT a travel agent or tour operator
. In Style Group is a facilitator, which has relationships
with a number of suppliers, whose products and services
are featured on this website. You will be purchasing goods
and services directly from third party suppliers. A booking,
when it is made, is NOT with In Style Group but with the
relevant accommodation/trip supplier.
When goods or services are purchased or reservations
are made directly from suppliers, their terms and conditions
will apply. Customers are responsible for reading the
supplier’s booking conditions of which you are advised
at the time of booking. You agree to abide by the terms
or conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with
whom you elect to deal. You understand that any violation
of any such supplier's conditions of purchase may result
in cancellation of your reservations or purchases, in
your being denied access to any hotels, in your forfeiting
any monies paid for such reservations or purchases, and
in In Style Group LTD debiting your account for any costs
we incur as a result of such violation. You will be completely
responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and
assessments arising out of your use of this website, and,
without limitation, you will be responsible for all charges,
fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of transactions
performed by others on your behalf, whether or not such
uses were performed with your consent. You further agree
that any claims that you may have arising out of such
purchases will only be against such suppliers and not
the In Style Group PVT LTD.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer on our part
or on the part of the suppliers. The matters detailed
constitute an invitation to you to make an offer on the
stated terms to purchase arrangements featured. Our suppliers
may accept or decline any such offer. All arrangements
featured or referred to are at all times prior to specific
confirmation subject to availability and no warranties,
promises or representations are given as to availability.
With respect to hotel reservations made directly through
this website, your reservation will become confirmed once
you have sent an on-line confirmation and provided your
credit card details, and paid any required deposits and
when the supplier acknowledges receipt of your deposit.
In some cases In Style Group will charge an initial non-refundable
deposit on behalf of the supplier. In such cases any other
amounts due from you will be made direct to the supplier
concerned in accordance with the suppliers terms and conditions.
As such, we accept no liability in relation to any contract
you enter into or for any services or arrangements you
purchase or for the acts or omissions of any suppliers
or other persons or parties connected with any arrangements.
A reservation and/or purchase made directly through this
website will be subject to the suppliers cancellation
charges that is applicable to that particular reservation
and/or purchase which, as stated, will be made known to
you prior to your making such reservation and/or purchase.
If you need to cancel or amend a confirmed booking, cancellation/amendment
charges may be payable to the supplier. The amount of
such charges will depend on the individual supplier's
cancellation policy and usually varies according to the
period of notice given.
Where suppliers provide holiday itineraries or travel
services these will be subject to the terms and conditions
of these service suppliers and are governed by the laws
of the country in which they operate. For example where
tours, trips, transfers, accommodation and other travel
services are provided by Travel In Style PVT LTD in Sri
Lanka these holidays are subject to their own terms and
conditions and the laws of Sri Lanka.

You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel
insurance, at the time of booking, for all members of
your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that the
insurance you purchase is adequate. Booking acceptance
shall be deemed to include your confirmation that you
have taken out such insurance.
Caring for your safety
Although most travel, including travel to international
destinations, is completed without incident, travel to
certain destinations may involve greater risk than others.
We urge you to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements
and advisories issued by all relevant governmental authorities
and agencies prior to booking travel to Sri Lanka.
Exclusion of liability
In Style Group Limited makes no representations or warranties,
and hereby excludes all warranties, express or implied,
as to the quality, accuracy, feasibility or credibility
of the content of the Sri Lanka In Style website or of
any goods or services offered on the site. Moreover In
Style Group Limited accepts no liability for any virus
or any other type of electronic infection that may be
transferred through the site. Under no circumstance will
we be liable for any loss or damage caused by a user's
reliance on information obtained through this site.
In Style Group Limited is an agent of each of its suppliers
to the extent that we may charge a non-refundable deposit
or recover cancellation charges on behalf of a supplier.
We are an independent contractor and nothing on this website
shall be construed to imply that there is any relationship
between it and any of the suppliers whose accommodation
or products are contained or referred to in this website.
In Style Group Limited tries to ensure the information
published on our brochure and website is accurate. All
recommendations, opinions expressed and prices regarding
properties and/or destinations displayed are provided
for guidance only. You agree as the user that the use
of, or reliance upon, any of the content of the Sri Lanka
In Style website, and in particular any content recommending
any hotel, product or service, is done entirely at your
risk.
Our website contains links to websites operated by parties
other than the In Style Group. Those links are provided
to you for your reference and convenience only. We do
not own or control the content of those websites and are
not responsible for their content or your use of them.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify In Style Group, its
affiliates, and/or their respective suppliers and any
of their officers, directors, employees and agents from
and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries,
losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses
of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable
legal and accounting fees, brought by: (i) you or on your
behalf in excess of the liability described above; or
(ii) by third parties as a result of (a) your breach of
this agreement or the documents referenced herein, (b)
your violation of any law or the rights of a third party,
or (c) your use of this website.
Electronic Communications
You communicate with us electronically whenever you visit
our website or send emails to us. You consent to receive
communications from us electronically and by fax. You
agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other
communications that we provide to you electronically or
by fax satisfy any legal requirements that communications
