Lantern is currently offering special flexible terms and conditions to help you book Sri Lanka with confidence despite the uncertainty surrounding global travel at the moment. Read our blog or contact one of our expert trip planners to find out how you can take advantage of this special policy.
Set on one of the most picturesque beaches and swimmable seas in southern Sri Lanka, Lantern is a fresh concept in intimate holidaying. The six bedroom property utilizes natural materials, like 400-year old Kandyan terracotta tiles, granites, and recycled timbers which have been crafted by local villagers in surrounding communities into unique furniture and building elements.
Beyond the crystal blue waters and sweeping white sands, Lantern re-defines the typical luxury vacation by engaging guests with the local community, through a philosophy of integrity, balance and inclusivity, which has led Lantern to support causes that have sustainable benefits for both the community and environment.
Lantern has six rooms: the Ocean View Garden Suite, Ocean View Balcony Suite and four Classic rooms.
Each of the rooms have been designed to be enjoyed individually, or booked as an entire place, to be treated like your own private luxury villa. All rooms are uniquely set up to meet the needs of individuals, families and groups with modern amenities, fittings and fine linen.
