A vibrant and artistsic villa in lively Unawatuna Bay

Kikili House

Galle

BackBack

Kikili House is a small home stay with a big heart, resonating love, humor and comfort from a personal space that bursts with good vibes, fluff and feathers. It also comes with a very friendly dog named Bob.

Located on Lower Dickson road in the urban center of Galle, Kikili House is set amidst a tropical garden and spacious veranda, where home cooking and a relaxed, welcoming vibe is the order of the holiday. This four-bedroom property belongs to Kikili Enterprises, run by partners Henri Thatham and Kokila Harindra.

Kikili House is a Bed and Breakfast homestay and is as vibrant, if not more so, as its sister property Kikili Beach in Unawatuna and just five minutes from Galle’s town, seafood markets and Fort, and 10 minutes from the best swimming beach around.

Cuisine

Breakfast is included in the nightly rate. The typical morning menus include fresh tropical fruit, buffalo curd, eggs, bacon and toast or cereal along with fresh juices and coffees and teas or a Sri Lankan breakfast of fresh string hoppers and curries. Other meals could be made on request, and guests are also encouraged to make use of a well-equipped, open pantry kitchen which connects to a small dining area overlooking a small garden. The Fort area is also alive with many great restaurants open for lunch and dinner. Provisions for food and drinks may be bought from the local markets, and the staff can assist with this.

Just for the kids

Kikili is family friendly but more suitable for couples or groups of friends.
