Things to do ?
Discuss meal preferences with the experienced chef at the beginning of your stay and he will prepare delicious three- or four-course meals using fresh local produce, including the delicious seafood which is available in abundance along Sri Lanka’s south coast. The chef is skilled at creating mouth-watering rice and curries and a range of simple but good Western meals, and seafood BBQs are also a popular option. If you are celebrating something special, the chef from their sister property in Colombo will come down to help put together a memorable feast. Feel free to poke your head into the kitchen, cook your own meal or take a cooking class with the chef. No alcohol is served here but guests are welcome to bring their own and will not be charged for corkage. All food is charged at cost price so you will need to provide the chef with a float upon arrival, and he will then present you with grocery receipts daily or at the end of your stay.
